About Us

How it all began...

Celebrating over 30 years...

Back in February of 1983, two brothers took a leap of faith and teamed up to buy what was then known as Forest Grove Glass. Those two brothers, Ced and Kyle Lindquist, had no idea that 30 + years later they would have a successful and prosperous glass business.

Both brothers had been working in the glazing industry themselves for years prior to starting their own company. Ced actually worked for Forest Grove Glass prior to purchasing it with Kyle. The name changed to Lindquist Glass in 1983, but was incorporated as Lindquist Glass in 1985 when Ced and Kyle moved it up to a new shop space in Tigard. Originally, Lindquist Glass was a residential, auto and commercial glazing and subcontracting business. However, over the years and through many years of experience, today Lindquist Glass specializes in commercial glazing and storefront, as well as leak and storefront repair.

One big change has happened recently and as of January 1st, 2018, Kyle Lindquist decided to hang up his glazing hard hat and jump into retirement. Although he will be missed in the office, the team looks forward to continuing on and Ced has taken on the role of sole owner.

We know that change happens over time and companies evolve. However, something that won't change is that Lindquist Glass keeps customer service and skill at the forefront of every project they take on. Remaining a Pacific Northwest family business, each member knows how important it is to uphold the quality of the work and personal touch that makes them unique in this industry.

Our Mission Statement:
To provide superior glazing services to the local community through our expertise, knowledge and understanding of the industry. To build relationships with our clients by offering innovative solutions to their projects and getting their job done on schedule and on budget.
Lindquist Glass Team Members

Cedric Lindquist, President
As one of the founding members, Ced has been in the glazing industry for over 35 years. He wears many hats as an owner of the company and his knowledge and expertise of glazing allows the company to continue to grow and expand. When he isn't "at the office" he enjoys golfing, vacationing and spending time with his family and 4 grandchildren.

Marissa Lindquist-Moore, Estimator and Project Manager
After working summers through high school and college at Lindquist Glass, Marissa came on as a full time employee in May of 2008. Known as the "Jack of all Trades", she has experience in the field, in the office and as the lead estimator and project manager. During her off time, she loves her new role as mommy to her baby girl, spending time with her husband and playing soccer.

Alicia Lindquist-Bales,  Marketing Manager
A University of Oregon alumni, Alicia spent her time after college working in several Advertising Agencies throughout California and Oregon. She joined Lindquist Glass in April of 2012 and is an integral part of running the office and LG's marketing efforts. Her other "full time" job is to take care of her three sons, rescue pup Bruno (aka; Lenny's best friend) and husband while keeping up on her laundry.

Lenny Lindquist, Shop Hound
After being rescued by Cedric in 2016, Lenny quickly became a part of the family and the new shop hound. He loves going for rides in the car, "going to work" with dad, chasing squirrels and laying under dads desk. Treats are the way to his heart.
